At Up North Lifestyle Co., all products are made-to-order through Printful, Inc., which allows us to provide unique designs and high-quality apparel. Due to the nature of our products:
1. All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or fit

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect color or design selection by the customer

Please carefully review all product details, including size charts, colors, and descriptions, before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items – Items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

Incorrect Items – If the product received is different from what was ordered.
To request a replacement or refund:

Email returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved, we will either:

Replace the product at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund for the original product price
Shipping costs for replacements may be covered by us at our discretion, but the customer is responsible for returning the product if requested.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Refunds are issued only if the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Delayed Packages: Delivery estimates are provided by Printful and carriers; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
