Welcome to Up North Lifestyle Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We operate as a dropshipping apparel brand, and all products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, Inc.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old or have parental consent,

  • Providing accurate and complete information,

  • Using the site for lawful purposes only.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display accurate product details; however:

  • Colours may vary due to screen differences,

  • Sizes may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer,

  • Product availability may change without notice,

  • Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printful.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you agree:

  • All billing information is accurate,

  • You are authorized to use the payment method,

  • You will pay all listed charges.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Because we use Printful, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed,

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages,

  • Delays due to carriers, customs, or Printful are outside our control,

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages,

  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Once an order is marked Delivered, no replacements or refunds will be issued.

6. No Returns or Exchanges (All Items Final Sale)

Because all items are made-to-order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered,

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind,

  • Preference-based issues,

  • Failure to read product descriptions or size charts.

All sales are final.

Exceptions Allowed by Up North Lifestyle Co.

We only accept replacement claims for:

6.1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If an item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, email:
returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com
within 7 days of delivery, with:

  • Order number,

  • Description of the issue,

  • Clear photos of the product.

Printful will review and issue a replacement if approved.

6.2. Wrong Item Shipped

If an incorrect item is shipped, we will replace it at no cost.

​

6.3. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by Printful, a replacement may be issued.

No other issues qualify for returns or exchanges.

7. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in CAD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, text, and product designs are owned by Up North Lifestyle Co. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Fulfillment

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Printful handles production and shipping,

  • Printful may experience delays,

  • Printful’s policies determine eligibility for replacements and refunds.

We are not liable for errors caused by Printful or shipping carriers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Up North Lifestyle Co. is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues,

  • Product variation in colour, sizing, or fit,

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery,

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind,

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Use of our website and products is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Up North Lifestyle Co., our partners, and affiliates for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
