Shipping Policy

Up North Lifestyle Co.

At Up North Lifestyle Co., we partner with Printful, Inc. to fulfill and ship all of our products. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • All products are made-to-order. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options (via Printful):

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days (varies by country)

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Additional customs, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

  • Delayed Packages: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it reshipped.

7. No Local Pickup

  • All orders are shipped via Printful. We do not offer local pickup.
