At Up North Lifestyle Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”), we partner with Printful, Inc. to fulfill and ship all of our products. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. For complete terms, including return rights, cancellation rights, and consumer protections, please read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
For this policy, "business days" mean Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
All products are made-to-order. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.
Once an order is submitted, production may begin within minutes. We cannot guarantee cancellation of any order after submission. If you email returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com immediately after ordering, we will attempt to cancel, but no cancellation is guaranteed. If production has already started, the order will ship and our standard return policy applies.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via Printful. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Destination Estimated Shipping Time
Canada 3–10 business days
United States 4–12 business days
International 10–20 business days
Orders may ship in multiple packages.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
International customers: Additional customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before ordering.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item within 3 business days:

Check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office

We will investigate with the carrier and Printful
If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address with GPS coordinates, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. If the carrier cannot provide delivery confirmation, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

Include: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product
We will review all claims. If we determine the product is defective, we will issue a free replacement (or refund if replacement is not possible). We may seek reimbursement from Printful separately.
7. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item (different design, size, or product than ordered), we will replace it at no cost. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com.
8. Delayed Packages
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors. However, we will assist in resolving any issues. Contact returns@upnorthlifestyleco.com for assistance.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it reshipped.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, or Printful outages.
11. No Local Pickup
All orders are shipped via Printful. We do not offer local pickup.
